La luna llena is flexible within its working hours. We don’t have specific days or times that we are open.

There are medicial reasons which can limit the possibility for me to give you a massage. In total or partly. Medical reasons to keep in mind, can be read in ‘’contra indications’’. If you have any questions, you can always reach out to us.

​There will always be an intake, so we can cover these areas. This way I can inform you what is posible.

There are lot of things you can do, to get the most benefits from your massage. These will be discussed in detail during our intake.

A massage, especially Transformational cupping, will drain toxines. These toxines are, among other things, contained through nutrition, stress, a lack of rest. We advice you to follow the instructions below the day of your massage, but even better a couple of days in advance.

• Get enough sleep, maybe a little more than usual.

• Drink more than enough water.

• Don’t drink any alcohol.

• Move your body.

• If you perform any sports, see if you can prevent having any muscle aches.

Besides these advices, there is nothing more for you to do, than to relax. If there is anything you want me to keep in mind, please do tell!

In general I would like to give the same advices after the massage, as I give in advance of the massage. A massage is ‘’the beginning’’ and your body continues with what has been set to work.

So don’t plan or to do to much for the rest of your day, so your body can restore.

• Your body can feel sore after the massage. This will vanish within a couple of days.

• With Transformational cupping your body can colour. These are red, pink or purple areas. Within 2-3 days these spots will disappear. It is very personal if and where your body will show these spots. In general, we see that clients that come more often, will color less or in time not even at all.

• The massage can have an influence on your sleep and its quality. Having intense or weird dreams can also occur.

• You can feel an instant increase in your energy. As you got rid of the toxins and relaxed your body, you can immediatly feel so much more energy. Some people might feel very tired after the massage. Your body is working hard to finish the process we started.

• You can feel emotional during and after the massage. During a massage you will release tension and, if present, stress. With Transformational cupping, we also work on the connective tissues, which is connected to your mental state of being.

There are different options for you to pay. You can pay upfront or right after a treatment through cash, card or transaction.

In general the services will be provided at your house or place of staying. If this is not possible we can discuss the options together.

If you can not make the appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. Cancellation need to be done at least 24 hours before our appointment. If you cancel within this period, the practice will charge 50% of the rate.

​Ofcourse something might always happen, you might get sick for example. We will reschedule the appointment.

All personal and medical data provided is completely confidential. All personal information you provide during treatment is also confidential.

The medical data requested is strictly necessary to safely perform the treatments. General personal data is only used for the correct administrative handling of the treatment.

Taking and sharing photos, reviews and testimonials is always done in consultation and will only be shared after approval.
