In my opinion, the first step of taking care of ourselves is by eating the correct nutrition and moving our bodies. A healthy lifestyle means a healthy balance between doing what is right and enjoying the sometimes not so healthy things.

Nutrition
The correct nutrition has a base of requierements that every person will agree on. From that point on, we get to decide what works best for you personally. It is a journey in which we explore what you want short term as well as for the rest of your life. I hope you will see nutrition as a way of self care instead of a battle with the things you can and can not eat or your weight.

Sports
Movement is what our bodies our made for, in whatever form you may prefer. Physically we need to move to stay healthy, but personally I want to add that movement or sports works for the mind as well. Together I want to search for a type of movement that not only reaches your goal, but is also fun.

A healthy lifestyle
A healthy lifestyle contains more aspects to keep in mind, such as sleep, relaxation and our social environement. A healthy lifestyle works to a happy life. You may have your own personal goals in which you want to be guided, but keep in mind that I will always note more factors than just nutrition and/or sports. If your goal for example is to lose weight, sleep and stress can disadvantage the process.
